In support tickets our clients are able to copy and paste actual error messages and other information that is helpful and not easily repeated over the telephone. We even provide our clients with an email address that they can send their issues to directly to submit a support ticket without even having to visit our support system directly.

We only use the best servers in the best datacenters in order to offer you the highest level of service possible. Our servers are built using Xeon Quad Core processors and a minimum of 4 gigabytes of ram. We place our servers in the SoftLayer datacenter in Dallas, Texas.
